Hi and welcome to Scranberry Auctions LLC.  We are a family owned and operated online auction site, with over 50 years of combined auction, antique and collecting experience.  After many years of using other online auction sites and quite frankly being frustrated by their policies and terms, we thought we could do it better and more efficiently.  Many hours were spent in meetings, notes were poured over, other online sites were tested & evaluated, and untold amounts of pizza & beer were consumed.  Thus was born Scranberry Auctions Online.  Are we perfect? No. Are we viewed by millions? No. (At least not yet) We do feel we are a better, more cost effective site than just about anyone out there.  We have tried to put in the features users want and keep out the things that are unnecessary.  As we learn and grow we promise to get better and more user friendly.  If you have any suggestions or comments please feel free to send us and email and we promise an actual human will read it.  We may even respond.  Mainly, we want to have a low stress, fun way to buy and sell those things that bring added value and joy to our lives.  Thank you and enjoy the Scranberry experience.

At first the auction site will only be open to current registered dealers at the Scranberry Coop. (The Cool Kids)  We already have all their information so half the process is already done. If you are a dealer and want to offer items on the site just click the “Sell My Stuff” button and follow the steps.  We have videos that walk you through the process step by step, easy peasy.  So even if you have never done this before we’ll have you acting like an professional online seller in no time.

I’m not one of the “Cool Kids” but I still want to sell on the Scranberry Auction site. When will I be able to get in on the action? Great question!  Our intention is to open the site up to everyone.  However we want to do this right and can only do that by keeping the start up group small and vetted.  Once we streamline the process, work out the bugs and make sure this thing works well, then we open the playground to everyone.  When that happens you will see it on the website.

This auction is an online auction only.

Scranberry Auctions LLC is the host website of this ongoing auction. Each item is offered by a separate party and not in the possession of Scranberry Auctions LLC nor any of it’s affiliates.

We are not responsible for slow or dropped internet connections. If there is an internet or server issue at our hosting site, all auctions will be suspended until the issue is resolved and the auctions will continue from where they were suspended.

Registration and Bidding: In order to bid on an item you (Bidder) must be at least 18 years of age, register, agree to terms and have a credit or debit card on file with Scranberry Auctions LLC.

You will agree that your information is true and accurate. We will agree not to share, sell or give your information to any other company, agency, or individual. The only exceptions are the credit card transaction and a legal order from a court.

The credit/debit card will be charged within 24 hours of you winning. If the funds do not clear, the runner up bidder will be offered the item at their last bid price. If the bidder declines the item, the item will go back to auction on the next auction cycle. If a bidder fails to supply funds for a won item more than twice, that bidder will not be allowed to register for future auctions. There is a 5% buyers premium for all items under $500.00. $501.00 and above will have a 2% buyers premium.

The buyer will pay applicable shipping charges unless otherwise noted in the item’s description. All items will be shipped within 72 hours from the auction end. Each item is shipped directly from the individual offering the item and every possible means will be used to ensure the item arrives intact, safely and in a timely manner.

As a registered bidder you will receive an email informing you of: 1) Your bid, 2) If you were outbid on an item so you can opt to raise your bid and 3) Notification if you were the winning bidder the item.

All items offered are sold “As Is”. Scranberry Auctions LLC offers no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied with respect to the item, description, value, or condition. All efforts will be made to make an honest representation and provide good quality photographs of each item offered for auction. If for some reason an item does not match the description or fail to meet the standards set by Scranberry Auctions LLC, every effort will be made to correct the issue.
